Wenn ich in den letzten Wochen gesagt und wiederholt habe, dass ich nach Hause zurückgehe, wurde ich immer gefragt: Wieso? Ich hätte früher mit dem Beichten anfangen sollen, dann hätte es vielleicht auch mehr Zeit gegeben, um Einiges oder Vieles mehr zu bewirken. Ich habe das aber nicht getan. Vielleicht ganz einfach weil ich nie so ein großes wohlwollendes “Publikum” hatte wie in den letzten Wochen des Fremdsehen-Projektes. Und so stehe ich da, einen Tag vor meiner Abreise nach Albanien, eher ruhig, munter und lächelnd.
Ich gehe wirklich zurück. Mein sonniges Albanien wartet auch auf mich. Jeden Sommer strömen tausende von Albanern Albanien. Sie wollen ihre Heimat und ihre Familien besuchen. Unter ihnen befinden sich auch einige, die sich wieder dort niederlassen. Und dieses Jahr gehöre ich zu diesen Wenigen, die sich wieder dort niederlassen. Aber ich komme wieder nach Österreich, sogar sehr bald. Wenn nicht mehr um hier zu leben, zumindest um hier Freunde zu besuchen, auf Berge zu steigen und weiter auf Deutsch zu schreiben. Also eher ruhig, munter und lächelnd grüße ich heute: Mirupafshim Austri!

Kur gjatë javëve të fundit kam thënë e kam përsëritur që do të kthehem në shtëpi, jam pyetur gjithnjë: Pse? Duhet të kisha filluar kohë më parë me të rrëfyerin, kështu do të kishte pasur më shumë kohë që të mundësojë diçka më shumë ose më shumë. Por këtë nuk e bëra. Ndoshta thjesht sepse asnjëherë nuk kam pasur një „publik“ kaq të madh mirëdashës sa gjatë ketyre javëve të fundit të projektit Fremdsehen. E kështu ja ku jam sot, një ditë para udhëtimit tim për Shqipëri, deri diku e qetë, e gjallë dhe duke buzëqeshur. Unë po kthehem me të vërtetë. Shqipëria ime e dielltë pret edhe për mua. Çdo verë me mijëra shqiptarë shkojnë në Shqipëri. Ata duan të vizitojnë atdheun dhe familjet e tyre. Mes tyre gjenden edhe disa të cilët vendosen për të jetuar përsëri aty. Dhe këtë vit tek këta të paktë, të cilët vendosen për të jetuar përsëri aty, bëj pjesë edhe unë. Por unë do të vij përsëri në Austri, madje shumë shpejt. Dhe nëse jo më për të jetuar këtu, të paktën për të takuar miq, për t’u ngjitur në male dhe për të shkruar në gjermanisht. E kështu deri diku e qetë, e gjallë dhe duke buzëqeshur, përshëndes: Mirupafshim Austri!
